Fees and Payment

In order to keep your costs as low as possible, payment is due at the time of service. Cash or checks made out to Richa Eland are accepted. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards. There is no insurance reimbursement that I am aware of. If you require a receipt, please let me know in advance so I can provide one. We do not submit insurance forms to your insurance.

The Initial Visit Fee is $250.00. Allow two hours, please. Occasionally, with a lengthy or complicated history, we will have to continue the Initial Visit at a second appointment and that fee will be based on $50/half hour.

Follow Up visits will vary, depending on the length. If you are well prepared with the report from your journal, we should be done in 30 minutes. That fee is $50.00. If we run to 45 minutes, the fee is $65 and so on in 15-minute increments.

The cost of the remedy is separate from any visit fee. The average will be between $10.00 and $25.00 each visit. This will be determined by the remedy potency and frequency.

Sending a remedy to you: There is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee to mail your remedy by standard US Postal Service. The S & H will be adjusted if Fed Ex, Priority Mail or UPS is required.

Phone consultations, between visits, are $25.00 plus the remedy cost, if I provide it. You will receive the bill via e-mail and you can mail the check or drop it by the gold box.

Acute Homeopathic Care

A definition of Acute can be found under What is Homeopathy in the drop down menu.

As much as we are able to move you away from allopathic, over the counter drugs toward use of homeopathic remedies, it is likely your constitutional treatment will be more successful. This applies to acute care.

While I am not always available or you are traveling when an acute cold, flu, etc strikes, we should make every attempt to use homeopathic care when we can.

Fees for Acute Care are $25.00 plus the remedy cost, if I provide it. This would be the case if The Farmacy health food store or the home remedy kit you invest in, does not have the needed remedy or potency.

Missed, Skipped and Forgotten appointments

My office does request 24 hours notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. Please leave a message on the office phone machine to do so. Please do not depend on email for this.

We all make mistakes and we cannot account for sudden illness. My policy is to allow for one missed appointment, per year, without penalty. After that, missed appointments may be assessed a $50.00 fee with less than 24 hour notice being given.

Please be respectful of my time, as I will be of yours. Being punctual will guarantee our ability to visit on the day of your scheduled appointment.
