2016 New Years Resolution: Take what you learn from yoga and make the lives of those around you better!

Hatha Yoga for Building Bone  3:00 – 4:30 pm   Dates: Oct 16 and 30. Nov 13. We will gradually build a practice of postures and breathing based on the research of  Loren Fishman MD on Yoga and Osteoporosis.

Fee: $40.00  Instructor is Richa Eland, E-RYT 500

This course is based on the Yoga for Osteoporosis research and hatha yoga practice for bone strength by Dr. Loren Fishman of NY, NY.

Private One on One Instruction with Richa Eland is available on a continuous basis.

This is a great way to address your special needs or give your confidence in class a boost!  We can work on stress management/relaxation, getting more strength or greater flexibility. One on One instruction is also a great recovery tool for PTSD, post surgical issues or recovery from stroke.  $65.00 per hour for a single student. $85.00 per hour for a couple. This can be a powerful tool for bonding with our partner through a healthy activity and a tranquil mind.
