Group Classes

Our studio is focused on private session work.  However, what classes we offer in any given quarter will vary with demand and available teaching staff. Some classes are workshop style where there is one, longer class but most of our classes are meant to build community as well as your strength/flexibility so they are 4-8 week commitments, once a week. Our classes include but are not limited to: hatha postures, meditation, relaxation, breath training and restorative yoga. Our class size close at ten students, in order to provide personal attention.
